Secrets of Self-Empowerment

Secrets of Self-Empowerment is distilled from seven years of one-to-one and group work, presented as part of a rehabilitation program for people with disabilities returning to work. Our clients were people who had suffered not just physical injuries, but severe blows to their self-confidence, and my job was to design and deliver courses that would re-empower them and restore their self-esteem. The feedback from these courses was used to improve and refine our approach, and in many cases remarkable changes were experienced by the people who worked with this material. Now, for the first time, the best of the program has been distilled into book form for personal use.
